Parecia-me que este blog tinha chegado ao fim, eis senão quando me lembrei do motivo pelo qual foi iniciado...
Regressa à minha essência, a minha liberdade. E a minha força é a criatividade e a sua expressão.
Relembro-me que a ponte com os outros, existe onde há sintonia e empatia que perdura naturalmente no tempo , assim criando um sentido de ligação e comunidade.
Abre essas portas do tempo, para que possamos construir um espaço juntos, tu amigo, que estás só do outro lado da ponte.
Construir algo que não é igual a nada que conheças, algo que por muito diferente que pareça pode ser estável, com coragem de descobrir o que é, sem estratégias, nem objectivos, mas fiel aos sentimentos, abrindo os segredos, partilhando as dificuldades, assumindo o medo do fogo, da água, do ar, da terra, da vida e da afirmação da falta e da existência de emoções e convicções.
Aprofundo as minhas opções,
Com a certeza da Terra que piso,
Respirando pausadamente o Ar que me rodeia,
Ateando o Fogo necessário,
Rumando numa nova luz,
Que ilumina as minhas vontades e pensamentos,
Que me enche do Amor que preciso trazer e partilhar na minha vida!
Encontro a minha paz num sorriso da minha mãe, nos amigos que me fazem visitas inesperadas, numa amiga que me convida para a primeira fila de Speranza Spalding, no pão amassado pelas minhas mãos, neste texto que escrevo, numa criança que me chama Pai Natal, nos gatos que prazenteiramente apanham Sol no capot do meu carro, na árvore que planto com o esforço do meu corpo, na partilha do que sei, na afirmação do meu poder criativo e inspirador, nas conversas e laços que aprofundo sem medo, antes com muita vontade de me tornar inteira, e ser em simultaneo, e contigo, corpo, mente, espírito e natureza.
LA MEGLIO GIOVENTÚ é um filme de Marco Tulio Giordana conta a vida de uma família e as suas 3 gerações atravessando momentos marcantes da história de Itália do século XX. Para mim tem uma grande mensagem sobre o saber amar e é por isso que esta mensagem tomou o seu nome.

Reminding me of the existing bridge with the others, when empathy lasts naturally over time creating a sense of connection and community.
Open those Time Doors, so that we can built a space together, my friend, you the one standing alone on the other side of the bridge.
To built something that it’s not similar to anything you know, something that even though it looks amazingly different, it can be stable. Putting the courage to discover what it is ,without strategies, our goals, by being faithful to feelings, opening the secrets, sharing the difficulties, assuming the fear of fire, of water, air, soil, life and assuming both lack and existence of emotions and convictions.
I’m deepening my OPTIONS,
By being certain of the LAND I step,
Breathing slowly the AIR that surrounds me,
Setting the needed FIRE,
Walking on a new LIGHT,
That clears my will and thoughts,
And fills me in with the LOVE I need to bring and share in my life!
I find my inner peace on my mother’s smile, on unexpected visits of my friends, on a friend that invites me for the first row at SPeranza Spalding’s concert, on the bread I make with my own hands, on this text I’m writing, on a child that calls me Santa Claus in late January, on the cats pleasantly taking Sun on my car’s capot, on the tree that I plant with my body’s energy, sharing what I know, affirming my creative and inspiring power, on the talks and ties deepened without fear, but much more with the will of becoming complete and being simultaneously with you, body, mind, spirit and nature.
LA MEGLIO GIOVENTÚ is an Italian movie by Marco Tulio Giordana, that tells the story of a family and its 3 generations throughout important events of the History of Italy in the last century. For me it has a great massage about learning how to love and that’s why this post has its title.
