HOUSE OF HAPPINESS

Dear ADAM,

You have recently asked me how I can be so positive about life. And I’ve been deeply thinking about it since then.

I’ve been questioning myself about if in fact I’m that positive? If in fact I can really show how positive I am? Am I always positive? Do I choose to act positive?
Being positive is it good? Should I be more or less positive?

But what’s the meaning of the word positive?

WE humans, we are made of the most positive existing energy on the Universe, love. With time most of Mankind has forgotten its complete perfect meaning and by a strange unexplained reason has chosen to focus on all different sorts of principles, values and priorities for guiding their lifes. Somehow we are all discovering the meaning of love, that’s the reason why we are all here.

By a mysterious choice mankind prefers to identify classes, organize the world in good or bad aspects, to focus on differences and power, to manipulate, argue and control. Men choose to be negative, to feed egotistic desires, to nourish individual needs, to perpetuate mistakes done before.

In fact it’s all a matter of choice! That’s how it started for me! It was an option that made sense since the first difficult moments I remember. Since early age and for many years I could survive because of this open perspective allowing me to think by myself, while questioning the sceneries I could see beyond what apparently seemed aggressive, unfair, impolite and insensible. Understanding its all the same, we are all one, everything is one made of 2,3 or many opposed perspectives,

The constructive path starts with common little things shared and developed together. How I wish people could focus more on what brings us together and less on what makes us different!

To be able to apply positive thinking permanently takes a lot of experience and of deepening consciousness. Everything starts with the sort of thoughts you allow to be created by your mind. Every thought counts, you have to pay attention, first we start with its valorization or in case is a negative thought with its transformation. Try it out!

Thinking positive, gives you a more optimistic perspective of everything. It opens the mind to wider possibilities, gives you the power to transform your reality, guides you towards a constructive approach while facing a challenge, attracts more positive happenings, opens your heart for being able to deal with complexity and ambiguity, for questioning without judging, for confronting when it’s needed, for listening actively and being able to understand the other side don’t matter what, but for most of all to be able to stand for what you believe while simultaneously working for a common ground.

Thinking positive about a certain topic creates an affirmative attitude towards that subject.

The hardest part is to practice and maintain it constantly. Something stupid inside of us tend us to belief that nourishing negative emotions and thoughts will lead us somewhere. I’m sure that if you think deeply in your life experiences you can easily understand the power of negativity to destroy, to give you dead ends, to take away all your energy, to seed discomfort, fear, unbalance, to close perspectives. It doesn’t mean you should avoid negative emotions or thoughts, in fact you should always be able to identify them clearly and express them but not in a negative way.

Feeling positive about something is so much easier and simple than being anything else. Naturally gives you more energy, comforts your heart and your soul even if chaos is installed, it lights up your path, it sets you on the right proportion of self-confidence and self-esteem.

Having frequent positive attitudes leads to a mature constructive behaviour.
But it doesn’t mean that you take reality as beautiful scenery of flowers, naïf hippies and peace, it’s more a basic competence to flow with life and that you can choose to work on yourself, for your personal soul wellness.

Looking back the moments of true happiness were when I was one with myself and my life mission being able to establish clear objectives in alignment with the pure universal sense of positive, meaning desiring something without hurting a soul.

Having regular sincere natural positive behaviour in life can lead to create a habit.
The only thing I’m sure about is that being positive is the only real change I can bring again and again to myself and to the others, a mission for life!

I only wish I can have the strength to continue to make it deeper real for myself and inspiring and taking it into people’s life!

Somehow its always an unfinished mission there’s the all world out there to motivate!

Above all, the most important is when you become entirely positive don’t matter what, if you have the habit then you have your lifestyle.

This state can only be achieved when peace truly lives inside your thoughts, your heart and soul.

These last years I’ve been deepening the positive roots in me, more and more I feel I can awake the amazing magic playingful and loving believing spirit I had when I was a child.

In 2010 I've tested the limits of my positive energy, making me learn one important lesson I needed: to understand how to integrate the paradoxes of life, how to deal with frustration, with things I cannot change, with the rebel inside me.

You know this rebel inside me has specific political views and perspectives of the world, I was born a warrior of change, a questioner, but nourishing that part of me was tiring, unfruitful for myself, caused me pain and sometimes made me sick.

Inspired by pure feelings I've many times exceed myself, I have given more than I could... Finally I've understood at a deeper level the meaning of BALANCE and how can I in fact integrate positive in a fullfilling way for me and the others.

If I’m positive, I’m centred and peaceful inside myself and know my limits I can then bring the change I want to see in the world.

Believing and practicing kindness and joy can be very revolutionary! I can tell you!

So how can I be so positive? What’s positive?

Positive is one, made of its negative shadow! Everything is good and bad at the same time! Positive is good, better and more if you fully accept it!

“Our happiness is directly proportional to our ability to integrate paradoxes.” Carl Jung.

Yours,
Ana

THE INNER GARDEN

Close your eyes, breath deeply, for a while focus your attention on your breathing going slowly in and out.

Imagine a small light inside your heart, light it up and let its brightness expand through all your body, arms, belly, legs, and head. There’s a stronger light now that surrounds you from your head to your feet, it’s shinning and warming you up.
Guided by this light you start to find your way to the most beautiful place in you, your inner garden. Start walking through it observing it, you may find plants, flowers, trees, animals… It doesn’t matter if it’s an organised or disorganised garden just walk through it as it is, just imagining each part as a symbol of an area or field of your life.

Go along and search for your fountain of inspiration, where is seeded your true source of energy. Take the chance to light up your torch into a permanent full power. Have a chat with your gardener about the current state of your garden and how would you like it to be from now on in the near future.

Weed your garden from judgement, mistrust, fear, anger, envy,...

Nurture what you love.

Plant new things, particularly in areas of your life where you would like to see changes.

Keep on meditating all throughout this visit into your inner garden.
Don’t matter if outside it rains or shines, if it’s too cold or too warm, if it’s silent, aggression or if you feel sad, tired and alone, your inner garden will always be the most beautiful place you can ever know where you can recall how good you are, even when the best you do seems not to be enough. There will ever be people with different perspectives to whom it’s difficult to understand the world according to yours.

One day hopefully mankind will be able to understand that love is always beneath our actions even when it doesn’t seem like it.
For all and forever, the solution for the hardest or the best moments is always LOVE.

So go on and Love your inner garden and enjoy it!

With Love and Laugh

ANGELS AND BUTTERFLIES TO VISIONARIES AND FLYERS

Specially dedicated to Flyers and Visionaries, the ones who I met in Kuopio Finland in June and in Obertraun Austria in July and all the others that might feel like that!

Thank each and everyone of you for being exactly who you are, for giving me so many laughs, so much joy, such thoughts and revelations.

I recently realised how certain questions have guided my life. Since I remember I’ve been puzzled with specific questions for such I couldn’t have conclusive convincing answers. Somehow they strongly guided me through my path. Somehow I thought all the way through I had the right answers...

Why?

As a child I remember thinking why are children so bad to each other? Why does this adult discriminate the other? Why is this person being aggressive? Why does it have to be like that? Why do I have to behave accordingly to a pattern? Why don’t I fit in a place? Why do I feel so sensitive about the world?

What?

During my adolescence, I was searching about the What, What is meaningful to me? What should I do? What could I do best? What do I like? What is life for? What is out there? What it’s this that I’m feeling?

What if?

Together later on with what if I try this? What if I tried out this person how would he/she behave? What if I express it? What would be the result? What if people could become active about protecting the environment? What if people could do a revolution? What if people could change? What if I could change? What if I’m not afraid anymore? What if people would value love? What if people would question the system?

How?

For many years I was stuck in strong answers I had for myself until I could no longer move forward. Don’t matter how much I thought I knew, information wasn’t fitting. It was just when discovering HOW I sensed the world, that I could start to understand that don’t matter the whys or the whats, the most important is the How.
Nowadays the striking question for me is still the HOW. Still is and it seems it always will be. The essential action is about the HOW. Even if you could know the answers to Whats and whys, what will help you fully understand yourself, the meanings of freedom and happiness is THE HOW you do, how you feel, how you think, how you treat people around you .

And recently I’m adding how much?

In these last years I’ve found out that to discover our purpose in life is a dynamic process that mostly requires space, time and silence. Quantity is enemy of quality and often less is more, it’s all a question of Rhythm and Pace, follow yours and respect for others’ notions of space and time.

HOW MUCH is relevant for understanding that the most important change in your lifes is the change of perspective, from surface to the deepness of the consciousness we have about our feelings, thoughts and acts, how much we can be present at each moment, how much we can choose, how much our happiness depends on our amazing power of transforming negative into positive, how much we are all magicians with the power of bringing into our lifes everything we might dream of, how much we are all creators contributing to the universal wheel of wisdom where energy moves constantly balancing from extremes , from darkness into light, from chaos into stability, how much we can realize how sacred life is by the value of each gesture towards the other, everyone should be treated like divine creations, as we are all the One and moving towards a deeper conscious of the meaning of Love and Peace.

The Portuguese writer Nobel award winner José Saramago, once wrote in "Convent's Memorial": "...that men are born angels without wings, and what can be more beautiful, to be born without wings and make them grow, we did the same to our brain, and if we were able to do so, we will be doing it to them..."
I wish that as time passes by, you start to feel your wings, make them become bigger, brighter, powerful, beautiful and wiser just by trusting them.

Fly like a butterfly each day!

Of my LIFE PURPOSE, I HAVE A VISION NOW, A CLEARER ONE!

Each day is one more step to unveil it as I feel one with myself and part of the Big Universal Wheel of Wisdom where everyday the roots of Love grow more and more deeper, installing peace on my cells as a code of freedom and happiness that allows me to get closer to people, to connect in a more effective way by being present in the moment and be able to finally create bounds and built reality with whomever is around me.

HOW MUCH JOY AND HAPPINESS CAN YOU HAVE IN YOUR LIVE?
AS MUCH AS YOU CAN CREATE AND MUCH MORE THAN YOU IMAGINE!
