THE INNER GARDEN

Close your eyes, breath deeply, for a while focus your attention on your breathing going slowly in and out.

Imagine a small light inside your heart, light it up and let its brightness expand through all your body, arms, belly, legs, and head. There’s a stronger light now that surrounds you from your head to your feet, it’s shinning and warming you up.
Guided by this light you start to find your way to the most beautiful place in you, your inner garden. Start walking through it observing it, you may find plants, flowers, trees, animals… It doesn’t matter if it’s an organised or disorganised garden just walk through it as it is, just imagining each part as a symbol of an area or field of your life.

Go along and search for your fountain of inspiration, where is seeded your true source of energy. Take the chance to light up your torch into a permanent full power. Have a chat with your gardener about the current state of your garden and how would you like it to be from now on in the near future.

Weed your garden from judgement, mistrust, fear, anger, envy,...

Nurture what you love.

Plant new things, particularly in areas of your life where you would like to see changes.

Keep on meditating all throughout this visit into your inner garden.
Don’t matter if outside it rains or shines, if it’s too cold or too warm, if it’s silent, aggression or if you feel sad, tired and alone, your inner garden will always be the most beautiful place you can ever know where you can recall how good you are, even when the best you do seems not to be enough. There will ever be people with different perspectives to whom it’s difficult to understand the world according to yours.

One day hopefully mankind will be able to understand that love is always beneath our actions even when it doesn’t seem like it.
For all and forever, the solution for the hardest or the best moments is always LOVE.

So go on and Love your inner garden and enjoy it!
